A szállítási idő lerövidítése

a) Expressz összeszerelés egy munkanapon belül - ha minden szükséges alkatrész rendelkezésre áll (az egyes alkatrészektől függően megjelenített

Shaft design

Motor protection and brake

The following options are available for monitoring the winding temperature of the motor:
a) with 1 set (3 pcs.) of PTC thermistors - for monitoring with PTC thermistor tripping device or frequency inverter
b) with 1 set (3 pcs.) of microthermal switches (NC contact) - for monitoring e.g. with motor protection relay

The selection of one of these options is recommended when operating the geared motor on the frequency inverter,
as reduced speeds and the associated lower cooling capacity can cause the motor to overheat.

Forced cooling fan

Use of a forced cooling fan - e.g. when operating with a frequency inverter - to prevent the motor from overheating

Lubricant

a) Synthetic high-performance gear oil with the specification CLP PG VG320 For use under severe conditions and for long maintenance intervals

b) Synthetic food grade high performance gear oil with the specification CLP PG VG320 NSF H-1. For use under severe conditions and for long maintenance intervals. Certified to NSF H-1 and therefore approved for use in the food industry (occasional food contact)

c) Without oil - for filling by the customer. Further recommended oil types and filling quantities can be found in the operating and maintenance instructions.
