A szállítási idő lerövidítése

A megrendelés leadásakor ellenőrzik a végtermékhez szükséges alkatrészek elérhetőségét és a gyártási lehetőségeket. A megerősítést követően a rövidített szállítási időn belül felár ellenében expressz gyártás is lehetséges.

Lakáskialakítás

Az alapkivitel alternatívájaként a következő sebességváltó-beépítési változatok állnak rendelkezésre:

1. Karimás változat(ok) a sebességváltó oldalsó kimeneti karimára történő felszereléséhez
2. Nyomatéktámasszal ellátott felnyomható változat. Általában üreges tengelykialakítással együtt.

Csatlakozási oldal

A karimával, nyomatékkarral, tömör kimeneti tengellyel vagy zsugorodótárcsás üreges tengellyel rendelkező változatoknál a csatlakozóoldal helyzetét meg kell adni.

Beépítési pozíció

A kenőanyag mennyiségének meghatározásához a beépítési helyzetre van szükség.

A különböző beépítési pozíciók jelölései a következő ábrán láthatók.

Stof- en waterbescherming

Selecteerbare opties:

• IP55 - stofdicht, bescherming tegen waterstralen (standaard)
• IP65 - stofdicht, bescherming tegen waterstralen
• IP65 met rem - zoals voorheen, maar met extra remversie in IP65

IP-code voor de beschermingsgraad volgens DIN EN 60529, 60034-5,

1. Eerste codenummer: Bescherming tegen het binnendringen van vreemde voorwerpen
2. Tweede codenummer: Bescherming tegen het binnendringen van water met schadelijke gevolgen

Condensation drain hole

Depending on the installation position of the motor, the condensation drainage holes are located on the lower side of the motor. The condensation drain holes are closed at the factory and must be opened to drain condensation.

CEL marking

Similar to the EU energy label, the China Energy Label (CEL) is a label for the energy consumption of a product. The label contains information on the energy efficiency class (1 to 5) and energy consumption. The label is available for geared motors from 0.75 to 45kW

CCC version

The China Compulsory Certification (CCC) is a certification system valid in the People's Republic of China.the certificate is available for geared motors from 0.12 to 1.1kW.the certificate is available for geared motors from 0.12 to 1.1kW.
