Shortening the delivery time

When an order is placed, the availability of the components required for the end product and the production possibilities are checked. After confirmation, express production is possible within the shortened delivery time at an extra charge.

Housing design

The following housing versions are available:

1. 1.A - push-on version, mounting with rubber buffer is recommended (see components)

1. 2.B - Push-on version - as A, plus bolt circle with threaded holes on both sides of the gearbox output

1. 3.C - Flange version C - for mounting the gearbox on the side output flange

Installation position

The installation position is required to determine the lubricant quantity.

The designations for the various installation positions can be found in the following illustration.

Dubbele afdichting op de uitgaande as:

Afhankelijk van de beschikbare inbouwruimte wordt een combinatieafdichting met één NBR- en één FKM-afdichtingslip of twee afdichtingsringen in NBR- en FKM-uitvoering gebruikt.

Voordelen:

• - Optimale afdichtingseigenschappen bij hoge bedrijfstemperaturen door FKM-afdichting

• - Goede afdichtingseigenschappen bij lage temperaturen door NBR-afdichting

• - Betere bescherming tegen sterke vervuiling dankzij 2 afdichtingen (de buitenste afdichting heeft ook een stoflip)

• - Hoge veiligheid en verbeterde stabiliteit tegen olielekkage dankzij extra afdichtingslip

• - Waar speciale eisen worden gesteld aan de betrouwbaarheid van de afdichting

Versterkte lagering van de uitgaande as

Met deze optie kunnen de toelaatbare radiale krachten voor de uitgaande as worden verhoogd.

Rubberen buffer voor behuizing

Selectie voor slipuitvoering A. Voor elastische bevestiging (koppelondersteuning) van de motorreductor. Geschikt voor het gat aan de voorkant van de tandwielkast.

Montageset voor holle as

Voor bevestiging van "klantassen" met en zonder kraag.

Beschermkap voor holle as

Alleen mogelijk bij slipuitvoering B en flensuitvoering C. Bevestiging op bestaande draadgaten op de tandwielkastuitgang.

Possible applications: In delta connection directly on the 400V mains, and on frequency converters with output voltage 400V/3~, star-delta start-up with switches or contactors

Motorbeveiliging

De volgende opties zijn beschikbaar voor het bewaken van de wikkelingstemperatuur van de motor:

a) 1 set PTC-thermistors - voor bewaking met een PTC-thermistorschakelapparaat of frequentieregelaar

b) 1 set temperatuurschakelaars (bimetaal) - voor bewaking bijv. met motorbeveiligingsrelais

De selectie van een van deze opties wordt aanbevolen als de motorreductor op de frequentieregelaar wordt gebruikt, omdat lagere snelheden en de bijbehorende lagere koelcapaciteit tot oververhitting van de motor kunnen leiden.

Rem

De beschikbare remtypen met de maximaal mogelijke remkoppels worden weergegeven om te selecteren.

De volgende aanvullende informatie is vereist voor de remspecificatie:

Remspanning

a) 230V/50Hz/1~

b) 400V/50Hz/3~

For relieving pressure in the gearbox. Relieves the sealing rings and prevents leaks.
