Cuando se realiza un pedido, se comprueba la disponibilidad de los componentes necesarios para el producto final y las posibilidades de producción. Tras la confirmación, es posible la producción exprés dentro del plazo de entrega reducido por un cargo adicional.

Diseńo de la carcasa

Están disponibles las siguientes versiones de carcasa:

1. 1.A - versión push-on, se recomienda el montaje con amortiguador de goma (ver componentes)

1. 2.B - Versión Push-on - como A, más círculo de pernos con orificios roscados a ambos lados de la salida de la caja de cambios

1. 3.C - Versión con brida C - para el montaje de la caja de cambios en la brida de salida lateral

Posición de montaje

La posición de montaje es necesaria para determinar la cantidad de lubricante.

Las designaciones para las distintas posiciones de instalación se pueden encontrar en la siguiente ilustración.

Additional housing and shaft options

Double seal on the output shaft:

Depending on the available installation space, a combination seal with one NBR and FKM sealing lip each or two sealing rings in NBR and FKM design are used.

Advantages:

• - Optimum sealing properties at high operating temperatures thanks to FKM seal

• - Good sealing properties at low temperatures due to NBR seal

• - Better protection against high levels of soiling thanks to 2 seals (the outer seal also has a dust lip)

• - High level of safety and improved stability against oil leaks thanks to additional sealing lip

Use is recommended for

• - Critical installation positions

• - Where there are special requirements for the reliability of the seal

Reinforced bearing of the output shaft

With this option, the permissible radial forces for the output shaft can be increased.

Rubber buffer for housing

Selection for slip-on version A. For elastic mounting (torque support) of the geared motor. Suitable for the hole on the front of the gearbox housing.

Mounting kit for hollow shaft

for mounting "customer shafts" with and without collar.

Protective cover for hollow shaft

Only possible with slip-on version B and flange version C. Fastening on existing threaded holes on the gearbox output.

Dust and water protection

Selectable options:

IP55 - dustproof, protection against water jets (standard)

IP65 - dust-tight, protection against water jets

IP65 with brake - as before, but with additional brake version in IP65

IP code for the degree of protection in accordance with DIN EN 60529, 60034-5,

First code number: Protection against ingress of foreign bodies

Second code number: Protection against ingress of water with harmful effects

Voltage/frequency

Selectable options:

230/400V/D/Y, 50Hz (standard)
Possible applications: In star connection (Y) directly on 400V mains, in delta connection (D) on frequency inverters with output voltage 230V/3~ or on frequency inverters with output voltage 400V/3~ and operation with 87Hz characteristic curve

400/690V/D/Y, 50Hz
Possible applications: In delta connection directly on the 400V mains, and on frequency converters with output voltage 400V/3~, star-delta start-up with switches or contactors

230/400V/D/Y, 50Hz // 460V/Y, 60Hz

290/500V/D/Y, 50Hz (up to 4kW possible)

500V/D, 50Hz (from 5.5 to 45kW possible)

Motor protection

The following options are available for monitoring the winding temperature of the motor:

a) 1 set of PTC thermistors - for monitoring with PTC thermistor tripping device or frequency inverter

b) 1 set of temperature switches (bimetal) - for monitoring e.g. with motor protection relay

The selection of one of these options is recommended when operating the geared motor on the frequency inverter, as reduced speeds and the associated lower cooling capacity can cause the motor to overheat.

Brake

The available brake types with max. possible braking torques are displayed for selection.

The following additional information is required to specify the brake:

Brake voltage

a) 230V/50Hz/1~

b) 400V/50Hz/3~

c) 24V (DC)

Braking torque at the drive motor (multiplication by the transmission ratio i results in the braking torque at the output shaft),

Manual release for the mechanical release of the brake via a lever, e.g. for adjustment or maintenance

Lubricant

The following lubricants can be selected as an option:

0 Ambient temperature

1) Load capacity O=normal, +=high, ++=very high

2) Ageing resistance O=normal, +=high, ++=very high

If option 2 is selected, protection class IP65 must also be selected!

Bleeder valve

For relieving pressure in the gearbox. Relieves the sealing rings and prevents leaks.
