Shortened delivery time

• Express assembly within one working day - if all required components are available (displayed depending on the individual
  depending on the individual configuration), assembly takes place on working days between
  from 8:00 to 14:00. Dispatch then takes place as soon as possible. This option is
  prerequisite for express delivery.
• without express assembly - assembly and dispatch take place within 3-4 working days

Mounting position

The mounting position is required to determine the lubricant quantity.
The designations for the various mounting positions can be found in the following figure.

Terminal box position

The position of the terminal box (0,90,180 and 270) and the positioning of the cable gland (A, B, C
and D) can be configured as follows:

Flanges in various sizes are available - the outside diameter is indicated.

Motor protection and brake

The attached three-phase motor can be configured here

The following options are available for monitoring the winding temperature of the motor:
a) with 1 set (3 pcs.) of PTC thermistors - for monitoring with PTC thermistor tripping device or frequency inverter
b) with 1 set (3 pcs.) of microthermal switches (NC contact) - for monitoring e.g. with motor protection relay

The selection of one of these options is recommended when operating the geared motor on the frequency inverter,
as reduced speeds and the associated lower cooling capacity can cause the motor to overheat.

c) with brake (available from 0.09kW)
Brake voltage 230V/50Hz/1~
The respective braking torque on the drive motor is displayed on the option. By multiplying by the
ratio i results in the braking torque on the output shaft of the gearbox.

b) Syntetyczny wysokowydajny olej przekładniowy klasy spożywczej o specyfikacji CLP PG VG320 NSF H-1. Do użytku w trudnych warunkach i długich okresach międzyobsługowych. Posiada certyfikat NSF H-1 i dlatego został zatwierdzony do użytku w przemyśle spożywczym (sporadyczny kontakt z żywnością).

c) Bez oleju - do napełniania przez klienta. Dalsze zalecane rodzaje oleju i ilości napełnienia można znaleźć w instrukcji obsługi i konserwacji.
